Paneer Pulao Recipe | Rich in Protein, and Healthy

Paneer Pulao Recipe: Ingredients
- 50 grams of long Basmati Rice
2) 100 grams Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
3) 2 Tomatoes
4) 1 Onion (optional)
5) 1 Capsicum (optional)
6) 1-1.5 Tablespoon Ghee/Refined Oil/Butter
7) 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds, and 2-3 cloves
8) 1/2 Teaspoon each (Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, and Garam Masala)
9) 1-2 Teaspoons of Table Salt (as per the taste)
10) 4-5 Corriander Leaves (optional or could be used for Garnishing)
11) 1 Green Chilli
Paneer Pulao Recipe: Preparation and Cooking Instructions
Steam Rice Preparation:
1) Boil the rice with 2-3 times of water, also add the cloves in that.
2) Once the rice is boiled, filter the remaining water and let the rice cool down for a while.
Pulao Preparation:
1) Heat the Ghee/Refined Oil/Butter in a utensil over a medium flame for half a minute.
2) Add Cumin Seeds, and heat for another half a minute.
(If Onion is being used, so add it separately before Step 3 and heat until it starts turning into a golden/brownish color)
3) Add Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, and Garam Masala each along with the Chopped Tomatoes, Capsicum, and Green Chilli.
(You can Add Chopped Corriander leaves here as well)
4) Just after Step 3, Add Table Salt as per taste. Keep Stirring the mixture slowly and allow it to cook for at least 6-8 minutes or until the entire mixture looks sauteed.
5) Turn the flame low, add the Sauteed Paneer pieces into the mixture, and mix the entire content well.
6) Add the Rice which was kept for cooling, and mix the entire stuff carefully so that the Rice should not be mashed.
7) Use the Corriander leaves to garnish the Tasty Paneer Pulao Dish.
